Cookies "Vienna"


Ingredients:

Margarine - 250 g
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Soda - 0.5 tsp
Sugar - 1 cup
Flour - 1-1.5 cups
Jam any - 1 cup
Salt - a pinch

Preparation:

1. Melt the margarine in a water bath. Add to it the eggs, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
2. Sift the flour and knead the dough.
3. Divide it into two parts. One portion (smaller) put in the freezer for 15 minutes.
4. The second part of the roll out dough and arrange on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Top spread jam.
5. Now from the refrigerator the second part of the test, and rub it on a grater on top of the filling. After that, we put a Viennese pastry in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 C.
6. Then cool and cut into slices.

Coconut cheesecake with pineapple


Ingredients:

Chocolate cookies - 300 g
Butter - 75 g
Cream Cheese - 600 g
Sugar - 2/3 cup
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Coconut milk - ½ cup
Fresh or canned pineapple - 440 g
A glass of coconut

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Prepare a baking dish with a diameter of 22 cm.
2. Melt the butter and leave to cool. Cookies chop and add the melted butter. Mix thoroughly. Spread this mixture on the bottom of the mold and tamp firmly. Place a shape with a base in the freezer for a while, until the filling is ready.
3. Drain the pineapple (if using canned) and finely chop.
4. Mix the cheese with powdered sugar. Beat the eggs, stirring after each. Add the coconut milk (if using canned, you need a good shake jar before opening).
5. At the end, add the slices of pineapple and 3/4 cup chips and mix one last time. Pour the filling into the frozen form and bake for about 50 minutes. First let cheesecake cool in the oven with the door open, and then reach for. Sprinkle with remaining coconut.
Store in the refrigerator.

Fry the potatoes properly. With golden brown.


Everyone loves fried potatoes, with even those who consider this dish harmful. But sometimes you can even treat yourself to a delicious browned potatoes? There are some rules that will help you prepare a delicious Crunchy potatoes.

Rule №1

Potatoes after cleaning and slicing necessarily need to be soaked in cold water. The water should be cold to pull out of the root crop starch. If the water is hot or warm, starch remain in the roots, and the finished dish will be like over stewed potatoes. Potato starch prevents brown, so you must get rid of it by soaking. The younger the potatoes, the longer it is soaked. Best of all, if it takes 30 minutes or 1 hour.

Rule №2

After soaking the potatoes to dry thoroughly. It is better if you put the potatoes in a colander, then pat dry on paper towel. Suitable and conventional plain. Rule №4

                              Lasagna





Ingredients:

500 g of lasagna sheets
400g minced beef
500 g turkey stuffing
250 g fresh griboy
1 large carrot
2 medium onions
3 cloves garlic
1 kg of tomato paste (or fresh tomatoes)
1/2 cup red wine
300g mozzarella
70 g of any other yellow cheese of your choice

Spices:
Cayenne red chili pepper (1 tsp)
Bay leaves (2-3 pieces)
Dried sage (1 teaspoon)
Black pepper
Salt

Preparation:

In a large saucepan, combine ground beef to prepare and put on high heat without oil.
All vegetables cut finely as possible.


In the beef, add spices and herbs and stir. Add the chopped vegetables, wine and tomato paste. Stir, cover pan with a lid and return to minimum fire. Leave for 2 hours (the longer the better). Periodically check. If the stuffing is too dry, add a little water.


Grate the cheese and mix them together.
In a large baking dish, start to spread lasagna layers: sheets, sauce, sheets, cheese sauce ..... previously divided into 2 portions. One use for the middle layer on top of the sauce, the second - for the top. 

Bake at medium-high heat for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 15 minutes to "rest"

Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup



Preparation:

1. Take a ceramic mug (any form that can be used in the microwave)

2. Add flour, sugar and cocoa

3. The resulting mixture was stir and add the egg, butter (if it is out of the refrigerator, we recommend it to melt) and mix thoroughly

4. Set the microwave to maximum power (1000 watts) and put our cup for 3 minutes. In the middle of cooking the mass begins to rise rapidly over the mug. Do not worry, after a while it falls.
