French fries (without oil)
Ingredients:
Potatoes young - 5 -7 pcs.
Egg white - 2 pcs.
Salt (to taste)
Ground sweet paprika (according to taste)
Ground black pepper (to taste).
Preparation:
1. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes 1 cm thick.
2. Beat egg whites until foamy.
3. Add salt, sweet paprika, black pepper, stir.
4. Potatoes to shift into a deep bowl, add the egg whites and mix well so that each potato brusochek was uniformly covered with egg whites.
5. Heat oven to 200-220 degrees. Baking tray lay a baking paper, put the potatoes evenly and bake in the oven for 7 to 10 minutes, then remove the paper and continue to bake the potatoes in a pan until golden brown.
