Homemade cheese crackers


Ingredients:
Hard cheese (such as Cheddar) - 220 g
Butter - 4 tbsp. l.
Flour - 1 tbsp.
The water - 2 tbsp. l.
Salt - 3/4 ch. L.
Preparation:
1. cheese rub on a small grater.
2. The blender put shredded cheese, butter room temperature, flour, salt and comminuted into small chips. After adding water and again stir until a homogeneous dough.
3. The finished dough wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for recovering thirty minutes.
4. Chilled roll out the dough thinly, cut into small pieces and spread on a baking sheet, the laid parchment paper.
5. Bake in preheated oven crackers at 180 degrees about 15 minutes.
