Homemade garlic mayonnaise
Ingredients:
The oil (olive oil, for example) - 1 cup
Yolk - 2 pcs.
Fresh lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) - 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper - to taste
Preparation:
1. Before starting the process of cooking, make sure that the products at room temperature.
2. Put the eggs in a cup of warm water to accelerate the process if necessary.
3. Butter, egg yolks and lemon juice, whip hand blender. Important: work at the bottom of the bowl to the mixer and while the majority of the oil is absorbed into the bulk, do not lift it above.
4. When the mixture begins to take the form of real mayonnaise, add chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
5. Stir, whisk a little more and you can safely use. It can be used within a few days after preparation. Keep refrigerated.
