Cottage cheese donuts in haste


Ingredients:
200-250 g of cottage cheese (9-18%)
1 egg
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
100 g flour + more bit if necessary
a pinch of salt
Vegetable oil for frying
1. rubs cheese with sugar and eggs.
2. Add the baking powder and salt, gradually add flour and knead the homogeneous soft dough. It may be a little stick to hands.
3. Divide the dough into 4 pieces, roll out each of sausage thickness of about 3.5 cm. Cut the sausage into small pieces.
4. In a saucepan over medium heat, warm up the oil. It should be enough to test pieces of it floating. Put the dough cut into portions and fry until golden brown on all sides.
5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve
