This cabbage recipe will make you a real guru of cooking


Ingredients:
Cauliflower - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.
Greek yogurt (can substitute a thick yogurt) - 300 ml
Juice of 1 lime (or lemon)
Chili powder - 2 tablespoons. l.
Cumin - 1 tbsp. l.
Crushed garlic - 1 tbsp. l.
Curry powder - 1 hour. L.
Black pepper - 1 hour. L.
Sol - 2 h. L.
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and grease a baking sheet with oil.
2. Rinse the cabbage and remove any green leaves.
3. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with lemon juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic, curry powder, salt and pepper.
4. Place the cabbage in a bowl and coat with the marinade.
5. Cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Marinade make a crust on the surface of a cauliflower.
6. Give the cabbage to cool for 10 minutes and serve with green salad.
