Eggplants like mushrooms


Men do not distinguish these from real mushrooms, and women are wondering - how is it done?
This dish is hard to distinguish from fried mushrooms!

You will need:

3-4 medium eggplants:
2 medium onions
2 large or 4 small eggs
1 cube mushroom
Rast.maslo for frying
black pepper
NO SALT !!!

How to cook:

1. Eggplant cut away the peel and cut their fingers - 2cm long.

2. Eggs whisk to froth. Fill the eggs to eggplants. We mixed well. Close the lid - not to zavetrivalis. Within 1 hour 5-6 times more future gribochki.V mix resulting eggs will remain even at the bottom of bowls.

3. Mushroom bouillon cube grind. Onions cut into cubes. First lightly fry the eggplant on rast.masle. Then add the onions. We mesh and continue to fry for about three minutes.

I add for taste black pepper.
