Delicious Doughnuts

Ingredients:

Milk room temperature - 125 ml

Egg - 1 pc.

Salt - 1/4 ch. L.

Sugar - 100 g

Vanilla sugar - 1 hour. L.

Drain. oil - 1 tbsp. l. melted

Disintegrant - 2 h. L.

Flour - 1.5-2 cup (cup = 250 ml.)

Preparation:

1. Knead the dough, add the ingredients one by one in the order as written.

2. Flour added in portions.

3. The dough should get soft. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm.

4. The glass cut donuts and cork from a lemonade for example cut in the middle of a donut. Fry the donuts in the stretch. oil on both sides until golden brown on low heat under the lid.

5. Serve warm, sprinkled with icing sugar.
