Potatoes "Dauphin"


Ingredients

Potatoes - 1 kg
Cream 11% - Article 1.5.
Cheese - 150 g
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Garlic - 1 clove
Butter - 1 tbsp
Nutmeg - 1 pinch
Egg - 1 pc.
Green onion - to taste

Greased baking dish with grated garlic and butter.
Wash potatoes and peel. Then cut into slices the thickness of 2 mm and put into shape.
The cream add egg, half the grated cheese, nutmeg, salt, pepper and stir.
Pour a mixture of potatoes.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Dish with potatoes put in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake for 45-50 minutes.
Serve hot with chopped onions. Bon Appetit!
