Potatoes "Dauphine"
Ingredients:
- 9 pcs. potato, average, of equal size
- 9 hours. L. butter
- 9 plates of cheese or Gouda Holland 5 mm
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Potatoes Wash and clean, cut a small piece from one side, so that the potatoes can be put upright.
The entire length of potatoes with a knife to make cuts, as if you cut fries, but not dorezaya to the edge of approximately 1 cm.
Season with salt and pepper, put each potato into 1 ch. L. oil
If desired, you can put a little bit of garlic into the slits.
Put the potatoes in a baking dish with high edges.
On top of each potato put a slice of cheese.
Bake in preheated 180 gr. With the oven for about 45-50 minutes - until cooked potatoes.
Serve hot, sprinkled with dill. Or chopped dill submitted separately
