German Apple Pancake


Ingredients:

1/2 cup flour
White sugar 1 tbsp
Egg 2 pieces.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons butter
Apple 4 pieces.
Lime juice 1 tsp
Powdered sugar for dusting
Milk (50%) + heavy cream (50%) 2/3 cup

Preparation:

1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Place the pan on top of the oven and preheat it to 260ᵒS. Prepare the apples: Wash, peel and remove the core.

4. In a bowl, combine flour, granulated white sugar and salt.
